Tecnolafer has dedicated an entire production plant to stainless steel processing to guarantee its customers a contamination-free product. In addition to assembly and welding, Tecnolafer can perform surface finishes such as mirror polishing, satin finishing, pickling, micro-shot peening, and electropolishing.

2D laser cutting is the essential process for a quality product. We have set up 4 fiber optic laser systems to handle projects of all sizes.
Sheet metal press-bending with latest-generation machinery. Thanks to our systems, we can take on large-scale work for various sectors.
3D laser cutting for tubes and profiles of any type of geometry. The entire system is integrated and connected with the industrial planning and optimization model used by Tecnolafer.
Product industrialization with 3D prototyping. Each phase of the project is outlined and monitored by the Technical Office.
Mechanical assembly of machinery and systems, from semi-finished products to complete systems. Specialized technicians manage all the final stages of production, up to start-up.
