Press bending with state-of-the-art machinery

Our first step in sheet metal processing, constantly updated and expanded.

Metal sheet bending is always present among the processes performed in metal construction, as are laser cutting and punching. We have been doing this for over 40 years, but never in the same way: we have always upgraded our bending equipment over the decades to handle more elaborate and demanding projects. 

Today, we can boast a range of machinery to perform a wide variety of processes for a wide range of sectors. Our machine fleet can bend metal sheets up to a 20mm thickness maximum and a 5m length. 

Components and machinery equipped with the most advanced systems include:

• Semi-automatic TRUMPF paneling machine to produce parts with geometries that cannot be manufactured using traditional machines.
• 135 tons by 3 meters LVD Automated Bending Cell, equipped with an integrated bending system with automatic tool switch.

All LVD tools are contained within the machine and are automatically switched according to the program and the part to be made: this significantly reduces set-up time for improved process efficiency.

From the finishing of details to large format projects. A series of advanced machinery is dedicated to the assembly and welding process.

2D laser cutting is the essential process for a quality product. We have set up 4 fiber optic laser systems to handle projects of all sizes.

Sheet metal press-bending with latest-generation machinery. Thanks to our systems, we can take on large-scale work for various sectors.

3D laser cutting for tubes and profiles of any type of geometry. The entire system is integrated and connected with the industrial planning and optimization model used by Tecnolafer.

Product industrialization with 3D prototyping. Each phase of the project is outlined and monitored by the Technical Office.

Mechanical assembly of machinery and systems, from semi-finished products to complete systems. Specialized technicians manage all the final stages of production, up to start-up.
