With a view to providing our customers with a complete service, we have dedicated a large 1500m2 area to the final mechanical assembly of machinery and/or systems where our specialized technicians operate.
All stages are managed according to the customer's specifications, with the possibility of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic circuit wiring, up to final testing and, if requested, the final packaging in wooden cases or crates according to customer specifications.

The selection of suppliers goes through a process in which we examine their qualifications and certifications.

2D laser cutting is the essential process for a quality product. We have set up 4 fiber optic laser systems to handle projects of all sizes.
Sheet metal press-bending with latest-generation machinery. Thanks to our systems, we can take on large-scale work for various sectors.
3D laser cutting for tubes and profiles of any type of geometry. The entire system is integrated and connected with the industrial planning and optimization model used by Tecnolafer.
Product industrialization with 3D prototyping. Each phase of the project is outlined and monitored by the Technical Office.
