The Technical Office is the mind where the idea of the product is outlined and validated. The design with Solidwork 3D system combined with 3D printing allows us to develop a complex product taking care of all the smallest details.
Tecnolafer has adopted these technologies since their first applications in the industrial field and follows their constant evolution in order to seize all the opportunities that the market offers.
The attention to the industrialization phase has always allowed us to optimize the production of products by proposing competitive solutions.
The Technical Office is made up of 3 designers/planners and 2 CAD/CAM technicians/programmers who use the most advanced software solutions: SolidWorks for the development of 3D models, Lantek Expert, Teczone Bend and Cadman-B for the development of CAM programs.

From the finishing of details to large format projects. A series of advanced machinery is dedicated to the assembly and welding process.
2D laser cutting is the essential process for a quality product. We have set up 4 fiber optic laser systems to handle projects of all sizes.
Sheet metal press-bending with latest-generation machinery. Thanks to our systems, we can take on large-scale work for various sectors.
3D laser cutting for tubes and profiles of any type of geometry. The entire system is integrated and connected with the industrial planning and optimization model used by Tecnolafer.
