A new generation laser for non-flat surfaces.
With a view to the constant improvement of our production technologies and of the services we offer, we have introduced 3D laser cutting into our machine fleet, dedicated to process profiles of all types and geometries.
The ADIGE-BLM Group machine has a 3000W power output for 3D tubes cutting, with a round section from Ø12mm to Ø240mm, with square and rectangular sections and profiles up to 200x200mm and a 6000mm maximum length.
- The machine is integrated and connected with the industrial production planning and optimization model used by our company.
- The machine has both automatic and manual profile loading and is equipped with a high productivity laser.
The equipment is managed by the dedicated CAD-ArTube software for 3D cutting programs development.
